Sugar and Oil Hair Spray

Ingredients
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup hot purified water
1 tbsp vodka (optional)
3-5 drops of oil

Instructions
In a pan add sugar and water. Boil water and make it sure that the sugar dissolves in water. Add oil and vodka.
