Ingredients

• 5 tbsp (75ml) conditioner base
• 2 tbsp (25ml)oat plant milk
• 10 drops ylang ylang
• 10 drops lavender
• 5 drops petigrain
• 5 drops mimosa

Instructions

Pour the conditioner base into a glass container with a good pouring spout. Add the oat plant milk and stir thoroughly to combine the all the ingredients. Carefully add the essential oils, one by one. Use a glass stirring rod or a chopstick to thoroughly stir in the oils. Pour into a glass bottle, plastic squeeze bottle using a funnel to avoid spillage.

Instructions

Warm up the shea butter in pan till melted.  Add the wheatgerm oil & castor oil.

Instructions

1.  Cook an unpeeled potato in boiling water. Cool slighly. Dip a cotton ball in the cooking water, cover and saturate hair, being careful not to get any on skin. Leave on hair for 20 minutes then rinse out.
2. Make an strong infusion of any of the following herbs and teas then use as a rinse: Rosemary, Sage, Raspberry leaves, Parsley, Ivy Berries, Catnip, Black coffee, Black Tea (for chestnut highlights).

1 cups lemon juice

Mix 5 tbsp. cassia powder with lemon juice to get a paste-like spreading consistency. Leave in a cool place for eight to 12 hours. Apply this paste to your hair in streaks or all over and let it soak for three to four hours. Rinse thoroughly and shampoo your hair as usual. Repeat every month to make your hair blonde.

Pour the jojoba oil into a dark glass bottle with a glass rod applicator.Add the essential oils drop by drop, and shake thoroughly. You can vary the proportions of the essential oils in accordance to personal preference, but note the geranium oil is what gives this blend its floral flavor. Be careful-too much patchouli oil will easily overwhelm the scent; too much bergamot oil will often irritate skin that’s sensitive.

Add all the ingredients to a double boiler and let them melt. Pour into a jar. When ready to use, heat gently for about 10 minutes in a bowl of boiling water until liquid and warm, but not hot. Apply liberally to hair and scalp, let soak for 15-20 minutes, then shampoo out. A second shampooing may be required. Apply treatment once a week and enjoy the results.

1/3 cup of fresh crushed marigold flowers
2 1/2 cups of distilled water
1/4 cup red wine

Instructions

Simmer 1/3 cup fresh crushed marigold flowers  in 2 1/2 cups of distilled water in a non-aluminum pot for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat. After the mixture has cooled, strain out the marigold, saving the liquid. Add 1/4 cup red wine to the liquid. To use, apply the liquid as a final rinse after shampooing and conditioning, pouring it over your hair and catching it in a basin to reapply several times. Allow your hair to dry naturally in the sun if possible. Repeat the rinsing process every time you wash your hair until you’re happy with the color.

Steep 2 bags of green tea in 2 cups of boiling water. After the tea has cooled, remove the tea bags. Pour the green tea through your hair. Let it sit for 3 minutes before rinsing with cool water. Expect your hair to have a faint green tea scent.
